ZARA is one of the world’s largest international fashion retailer with a lot of stakeholders and Complete was appointed as main contractor for their first flagship store in New Zealand. We were responsible for delivering the full construction and site management scope for the 2500m2 retail project. This included management of all stakeholders such as shopping centre management, international architect and designers, and the safety of the general public.
Delivery of the shop was to ZARA’s international specifications, in which we collaborated with the design and delivery teams from Spain, Hong Kong and Australia in order to tailor for local regulations. The job was delivered ahead of time and on budget. All snags were completed prior to the store opening.
The finished product is a first-class shopping experience within New Zealand’s leading shopping centre.
