This was a full remediation contract, working with client and legal counsel. At the time, this was the largest single dwelling leaky building reclad in New Zealand. We were able to remediate this 900m2 home, 2x Triple Garages, Horse Stables, Gym and Boat Shed, back to its original glory and to modern standards. This included a huge amount of Copper flashings, Hinuera Stone, Cedar Weatherboards. The final result meant the client was able to achieve full recovery of our costs through an out-of-court settlement with which we assisted.
