For us, this was a full construction and management contract. We were involved in Stage 2 and Stage 3 of this retirement village, valued at $20 million, situated near the Orewa estuary. The village features approx. 80 apartments and a 50-bed hospital on-site. The project was estimated to take 18 months to deliver, and we achieved it three months’ ahead of time and within budget.
