Complete Construction were engaged to provide Design and Construction Services for Sky City’s busiest restaurant. Known as 24/7 as the name suggests operates around the clock providing food, drink and resting facilities for the many staff of Sky City Casino in Auckland. 
Our brief was to take this tired facility, and create an environment second to none, one worth of the most distinguished customers. 
Complete were responsible for managing the entire design process including the consenting process, consultant management, turn key build and FF&E procurement. 
The outcome for the client was outstanding (in their words) an exceptional space exceeding their staff and management expectations, 6 months quicker turnaround than their traditional project timelines, and significantly under budget. A great example of what is possible with a strong partnership between the contractor and the end users.
