RCP Head Office.
Anzac Parade, Hamilton
- Raw steel
- bespoke fabricated joinery
- In-house
- prefabricated to exacting detail
Overview
A raw steel aesthetic in an office still has to be safe to touch and precise to build. Complete Construction delivered bespoke raw steel and timber joinery for RCP’s new offices on Anzac Parade in Hamilton, engaged by LT McGuinness. The scope covered fabricated steel tables and desks, a feature island bench, kitchen joinery, boardroom cabinetry and integrated timber workstations, pairing industrial strength with fine detailing.
Key challenges
- Fabricating and installing heavy steel joinery.
- Balancing raw finishes against precise cabinetry.
- Holding one look across very different zones.
How we solved it
Our in house team prefabricated the raw steel frames and cabinetry to exacting detail. Careful sequencing managed the weight and scale of the installs, and close work with Fearon Hay and LT McGuinness kept the industrial design intact.
Outcome
Delivered on programme, the raw steel joinery set RCP’s vintage industrial look and pulled the workplace together. It shows how Complete Construction combines steel fabrication and joinery in house for commercial offices.
