Overview
Refurbishing an office while people keep working in it is a staging problem before it is a building one. Complete Construction delivered an 8,000m² refurbishment for Fisher & Paykel Healthcare in East Tamaki, Auckland, upgrading office and meeting spaces across two buildings, O’Hare and Stewart. The scope covered new ceilings, carpets, acoustic wall panels, IT infrastructure and high spec furniture, all in an occupied workplace.

How we solved it
We broke the work into tightly planned stages and ran the noisy operations outside business hours. Close coordination with the client’s teams held safety and kept interruptions down, while phased deliveries and detailed scheduling kept momentum.
