Overview
Getting large bar and restaurant joinery into a CBD hotel means planning around restricted street access. Complete Construction delivered the fitout for Holiday Inn Express on Albert Street in Auckland, for Pro-Invest and ICON. The work centred on the lobby with its timber clad staircase, the Level 1 meeting rooms and gym, and the Level 2 bar and buffet restaurant, with wall panelling, integrated joinery and durable hospitality finishes.

How we solved it
We managed design, prefabrication and installation with strict quality control. Zone by zone sequencing and close work with ICON and the specialist trades let us deliver the lobby, meeting facilities and restaurant efficiently while holding the design.
Outcome
The fitout was completed on programme, giving Holiday Inn Express durable, practical spaces across three public levels. Complex hospitality fitouts on tight CBD sites are exactly what Complete Construction is built for.
