Overview

A four week retail fitout with no float, inside a trading mall, leaves no room to catch up if a delivery slips. Complete Construction delivered the full fitout for Nudie Jeans Co. at Commercial Bay in Auckland. We built it inside a live premium mall on a four week programme with no float.

How we solved it

We manufactured all the joinery in house, which gave us full control over detailing, finishes and sequencing. Counters, shelving and back of house cabinetry were built off site and delivered just in time to fit the mall’s logistics and access. On site works were staged around mall hours to hold safety, cleanliness and presentation throughout.

Outcome

The store was delivered on time to brand standards. Nudie Jeans is a precise retail fitout delivered on a four week programme in a live mall.
