Overview

A two storey restaurant fitout on a tight city site has to tie structure, services and joinery together on a compressed programme. Complete Construction delivered the full fitout of Saxon + Parole on Quay Street in Auckland for Precinct Properties. The two storey restaurant holds dining, bar and private event spaces, and our scope ran from structural works and services to bespoke joinery and specialist finishes, front and back of house.

• Coordinating a two level hospitality fitout on a central city site.
• Fitting services, acoustics and lighting without cutting across the design.
• Holding finish quality on a compressed programme.

How we solved it

We worked with the designers and consultants to sequence the structural, services and interior trades. Off site fabrication and staged works kept the programme on track and the detail consistent throughout.

Outcome

Saxon + Parole opened on schedule with a bold two storey fitout that ties function to design. Saxon + Parole is a multi level hospitality fitout delivered on a constrained city site.
