Overview
How do you build a 2,500m² flagship store from just eight drawings? You coordinate the rest yourself. Complete Construction was appointed main contractor for New Zealand’s first flagship Zara, a 2,500m² fitout at Sylvia Park in Auckland, one of the country’s busiest malls. The store was delivered to Zara’s international specifications.

How we solved it
Our in house team coordinated the layout, detailing and compliance off the brand standards, working with international consultants to meet local codes. Careful site management kept delivery safe without disrupting shoppers.
Outcome
Zara was delivered ahead of schedule and on budget, setting a benchmark store in New Zealand’s top retail precinct. Zara is a global retail fitout delivered as main contractor from minimal documentation.
